ISO: Snappy Tom Chicken

Misc.
30 years ago I received a recipe book as a house warming gift from a realtor. It had a recipe for a chicken dish using Snap-e-tom, chilis, celery and lemons. (that is what I remember). My husband loved this recipe. Somewhere along the way of life I lost the recipe. I can't seem to find it anywhere. I have looked on line to no avail. I found out that you can't get Snap-E-Tom anymore. Please help!!
