MEXICAN FRUIT COBBLER
Flour tortillas
2 cans light pie filling
1 stick margarine
1 teaspoon cinnamon, optional
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Place pie filling in tortillas; roll and place in 9x13-inch-by-2-inch baking dish.
Heat margarine, sugar and water in small sauce pan until sugar is dissolved. Pour over rolled fruit.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
