ISO: Sour Cream Tricky Problem

I need help on making sour cream. now the tricky part of my question. not being able to find sour cream is bad. not being able to find buttermilk is worse. the country that im in doesnt have any of both. and i really really REALLY wanted to show off my mexican food recipes to my friends here. 22 year old male so cooking is rare at my age. thanx
