ISO: Still ISO: Hot spicy recipes for beef and chicken currys

Misc.

Hi my hubby just loves curry, and I usually have made him ones so far from packaged mixes I have found but I would like some recipes for ones I can make from scratch. He loves hot currys too, both Indian and Thai , so I would love to get some if anyone has some they have tried. Thanks
