ISO: stuffed bread sticks

Misc.

I am trying to make pizza sticks: basically breads sticks with tomato sauce and cheese inside. I am using a 1/4lb. of a thawed frozen bread dough. I roll it out to make two bread sticks. I spread on a little tomato sauce, top with one half of a low moisture mozzarella string stick, and roll them up. When I bake them the filling oozes out. How do I stop this? My seems are tight- thats not where its oozing.
