ISO: Stuffed Potatoes - Puerto Rican

Hi,
Does anyone have a recipe/ and the name of the Puerto Rican stuffed potatoes, with some kind of minced meat,then fried in a sauce/gravy. It's out of this world, but have no idea what it is called specifically or how to make it.
