ISO: Sweet Potatoes with Root Beer Sauce

Misc.
A year ago, I had the pleasure of eating Sweet Potatoes with a Root Beer Sauce, while dining at a 50's styled theme restaurant at Disney in Orlando.
I have begged, pleaded, and done my fair share of whining in attempting to locate this recipe. My taste buds are crying out for another round of this wonderful food fare.
Please help me! I can tolerate the coal in my Christmas stocking, but the thought of going without this recipe any longer is just cruel and unusual punishment!

Thanking you in advance!!!
