ISO: Tartar Sauce from Ivar's Restaurant in Seattle, Washington

Misc.
I'm trying to find a recipe for the tartar sauce used at Ivar's Restaurants in Seattle, Washington. It is the best tartar sauce I have ever used and the only way I'll eat fish. They actually market their tartar sauce which is sold at groceries in Washington state, but obviously living in Arizona I can't get them. And because they need to be refrigerated no one can send them, unless it is at a outrageous cost.

Can anyone help me?
