ISO: the best recipe software???

Misc.
After 27 years of collecting recipes I am desperate for a good cookbook software program. I have a 1989 version of Micro Cookbook. I want a Windows program, not DOS - what has everyone used and what did you like or not like about them? I have downloaded Cookbook Wizard by Mealmaster - it certainly is better than the old one I have, but am also thinking about Mastercook. Thanks in advance for your help!
