ISO: too much black pepper in chopped brisket

i need some help. i smoked 4 briskets and the recipe i had called for using a 25-30 lbs clod of brisket and i could not find any that size and had to get (4) 8lbs briskets. i used the recipe that i had and it is way too black pepper in the brisket. anyone have any suggestions other that start over or cooking 2 without pepper and mixing them together?
