ISO: Vanilla buttercream candy

I am looking for a good vanilla buttercream filling to dip in chocolate. I have looked through many books and can't find one. Or if you have creamy vanilla fondant that you think would work. I have tried a few fondant recipes and they are not quite what I am looking for. Thanks
