ISO: Village Tavern spinach dip

The Village Tavern in Greensboro, NC has a hot spinach dip served with soft tortilla wedges. The dip has spinach, some type of cheese, tomatoes, black olives and jalapeno pepper slices..these are just the ingredients I know of. It's served hot with melted cheese and more peppers on top, you roll it up into the tortilla wedges....MMMMM! I am desperately searching for the recipe and will eternally grateful ( and 20 lbs heavier ) to the person who finds it!!
