Thank You: Christmas Eve Side Dishes - Great Ideas Jackie!

Misc.
Thank you Jackie for all of your ideas! I actually had already decided to cook peas and mushrooms with my roast Christmas Day and of course the creamy spinach with Gouda Gratin! I will try the Scalloped Potatoes I saw on here yesterday, Yorkshire pudding and Shrimp cocktail for appetizer. Christmas Day menu is planned.

Christmas Eve I've decided on Sweet Potatoes, Fancy Green beans, Pineapple Slices and possible garlic mashed potatoes. (not everyone likes sweet potatoes) incl. the husband...the corn sounds good too. I will try the butter/herb buttermilk biscuits too that I saw yesterday as well.
Will let you know how everything turns out and tastes. Thanks again for your help :))) Lamar
