So, here I am, the dad who gets up Christmas morning to make the juice and coffee and COFFEE CAKE before the rest of the house awakens. In a strange country, with my wife and adult youngest daughter who thinks it's not Christmas morning without Dad's coffee cake..... made from Jiffymix by the way. I found Jiffymix in the store, opened the package Christmas morning to make my coffee cake, and to my surprise, the recipe is not on the box !!!! So I did the next best thing of course....Google !!!!.. Your entry came up and I can't thank you enough for putting this on the internet. You helped brighten up our Christmas and allowed dad to do his thing.
