Thank You: Sweet Tamales Cakes like Cheesecake factory

This is great - but I also have an idea - I found that if you can find in your grocery store, El Torito makes a packaged Sweet Corn Cake dish that is super easy - all you do is add can of cream corn, some butter and water - it tastes just like the sweet corn cake part of the Cheesecake factory recipe. The sauces provided for this were excellent. You can find the El Torito sweet corn cake mix in the international food isle - Good Luck! - Yum :-)
