ISO: cheesecake factory tamale cakes

I had the corn tamale cakes at the cheesecake factory and asked the server what was in them and the recipes posted on this site doesnt include evaporated milk which is one of the ingredients that the chef told her. Anyone have a recipe for the cheesecake factory tamale cakes?
