Thank You: Thank-you Micha! this looks lovely!...

I have a tried and true lasagna casserole-type thingy I got from one of those school recipes books, ya know, the ones where everyone contributes a recipe. It was an expensive private school, perhaps that explains the great recipes? It is really a wonderful collection.
Usually, when we have lasagna, it is just from the frozen section. It is such a big deal to make, and adds up quickly cost-wise, too. And there are truly some wonderful prepared ones available up here, not quite home-made, but close. I did post a turkey sausage one some time ago from the Barefoot Contessa. I really like that one, too.
Tell me, I must know...does your DH also made KD on the rad in his car, like in the commercial? I just love his method for heating up his lunch!...we are only limited by our imaginations, it is so true!
have a great day,
Carolyn!
