Thanks for your suggestions. That's what I'll do. I didn't want to give up a 9x13 pan or try to make a cake in a flimsy-bend-y aluminum pan, nor did I want to attempt a layer cake.

Thank you! Sounds like you've done this a few times before! I usually stick to cookies, bars cinnamon rolls and bread for bake sales -- much easier for me to bring.
