Thanks Linda: I couldn't find any info even on their website but I went ahead and used 1 1/2 pks powder and it set well. We'll just have to taste it I guess..If it doesn't turn out....only made 7 jars so not a big waste. I have so many jalapeno peppers....I canned a bunch, made the jelly, making salsa...I just don't know what more to do with them.
