Thank You: Thanks, but...

Misc.
That sounds exactly right! Thank you so much! But where do I get Zazon con Culantro & Achiote? Can I find this in the ethnic section of a grocery store? Do I need to go to a specialty market? Or would I have to order it online somewhere? I'll have to look around and try to find it. If I can I'll try the recipe out next week and let you know how it goes. P.S. Those French Stuffed Mushrooms from the appetizers thread are so good, sometimes I make them just for me and eat a bunch for dinner. Not very healthful, but yum! Anyway, thanks so much for all your help. --Beth
