Recipe: Nutmeg Nog (Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk, 1975)

1 to 2 eggs (pasteurized)
1 tablespoon sugar
3/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup cold liquid Carnation Instant Nonfat Milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Few grains salt
Ground nutmeg
Beat egg until light and foamy. Add sugar and beat until thick and lemon colored. Gradually mix in whole milk, liquid instant milk, vanilla and salt. Pour into serving glass. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve.
Makes 1 1/3 cups
