Thank You: Utica Italian Greens - Can't thank you enough!

Thank you SO much for the recipe for greens. I'm a native Roman, and living in TX have had a hard time finding escarole! Now that I have, I've been craving GREENS, done Utica style! Thanks so much, they taste like home! You don't by any chance know how they make them at the Franklin in Rome, NY do you:)
