Recipe: Pecan Cream Cheese Spread
Appetizers and SnacksPECAN CREAM CHEESE SPREAD
1/2 cup pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Chop pecans coarsely in food processor fitted with a steel blade. Add softened cream cheese and process until smooth.
Scrape out with a rubber spatula, cover, and refrigerate until ready to use.
Makes 1 cup
