The recipe for Feather Cream Drop Biscuits calls for 1 1/4 cups flour and 1 1/8 cup cream. This combo made a batter resembling pancake batter. I added another whole cup of flour and the biscuits were wonderful. It made 14 biscuits for me using a really heaping tablespoon scoop. I used a combo of heavy cream and some half and half.
I assume this was a typo?
