I'm looking for a carrot cake recipe that I lost years ago. It was absolutely delicious. It had the cream cheese frosting, carrots, nuts, etc, with a wonderful texture. What made it the best ever I believe was the wheat germ. I have been seeking for this for years and would appreciate any help! Thank you
