I am trying so hard to find a recipe for a fudge my mom used to make off of the Jiffy chocolate frosting box. My siblings and I have such fond memories of mom making this but can't seem to get it right. I would love to find the recipe and be able to bring it to our family gatherings to surprise them. HELP????
Thanks,

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

1 box Jiffy Chocolate Fudge Frosting Mix
1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Butter a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

In a small saucepan, blend fudge frosting mix and water. Boil over medium heat for 3 minutes, or until a small amount of the mixture dropped in very cold water forms a soft ball (240 degrees F on candy thermometer).

Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, peanut butter and vanilla. Blend well.

Pour into prepared loaf pan. Cool completely.

Cut into squares and serve.

Makes about 16 pieces
