I called! OK, I guess the recipe is a "secret" but she gave me the ingredients.

Shallots
Whisky
drawn butter
chopped garlic
chicken stock
heavy cream
lemon juice
corn starch
black and green peppercorns

I wonder if anyone out there could figure out how to replicate this? Now that I have the ingredients, I will try but not tonight. I am sure someone could figure out what order they go in. Hopefully we will find out. I will guess and see how close I am: saute shallots and garlic in butter, add chicken stock, peppercorns, cream and cornstarch, cook until thickened- I don't know about the lemon jc?
