Re: Whisky Peppercorn Sauce

Tina, months ago I ran the same request. I tried all the suggestions, even searched the net and other sites. Nothing came close. I hope someone is here now who knows it. Are you talking about the same Whisky Peppercorn sause theat they serve at the Hungry Hunter Restaurant? I know it has heavy cream in it, whisky and peppercorns. Probably a thickener because it is like a gravy. Maybe someone out there likes to try to duplicate and could come up with it. I think I will call the restaurant just for fun. Post back please.
