Bell's Seasoning for M....

Misc.

Hi M,

I am looking at a little yellow box of Bell's and it reminds me of the time, when I was a newlywed, that I had to make stuffing...not understanding that "herb stuffing" from Pepperridge Farms is just that; that it is already seasoned, I added Bells. Well, I tasted it and had to throw it away because I had overseasoned.

But, yes, your grandma is right, it is GREAT to sprinkle over chicken when you are baking it. Or a little bit over the buttered turkey because it will flavor the gravy.

You can find it in any major grocery store, by the seasonings. If all else fails, I will mail you a little box so you can have it for Thanksgiving, if you want. Let me kinow if you cannot find it, my e-mail is

Best Regards, Gina
