Carolyn, I gotta say...

the chicken was pretty darn good:-) The chipotle mayonnaise had more of a kick than the chicken itself, but we really liked it:-) The grits, corn, and fruit salad were cooling sides to the spicy chicken and mayo. I hope you have a chance to give it a try, Carolyn.
