Chicken Cordon Bleu was great!

Misc.
Thanks for posting this delicious recipe, Gina! I made it last night for my family for a special Valentine's Day dinner, and it was a huge hit. Even my picky children liked it.

My husband has been pestering me to make chicken cordon bleu for awhile, and I've put it off because I haven't had alot of success with stuffed chicken recipes... it seems like the fillings always ooze out for me. I lost a little bit of cheese this time, but not much at all.

The only modification I made to the recipe was using provolone cheese instead of the swiss cheese, just because I'm not a big swiss fan.

The sauce was heavenly! This recipe is a definite keeper!

Thanks,
Crystal
