I didn't know that the Food Network did a show on Chico's wow! I actually live in TN now and crave Chico's ha ha and the first thing you talk about when you meet someone from El Paso is their Chico's experience. There is even a facebook page lol Anyway, the sauce they pour over the tacos is red but have a separate green sauce you can add as a salsa the is a bit warm for me but good. Hope you make there soon!
