Cynthia, out of Raspberry, do you have a suggestion....

This sounds like just the recipe to make while my husband is out of town this week, however, I am out of raspberry jam, I have pineapple, apricot and strawberry. Since you have made this recipe before, do you have any suggestions on which one I might substitute for the raspberry? Where we live, just running to the store is not an option. Thanks, Micha
