ISO: Main Course Recipes that use Balsamic Vinegar

I am looking for some good meat recipes that use balsamic vinegar. I have a bottle of it and have only used it once, on a pork tenderloin with rosemary. It was very good. I am looking for more ways to use the balsamic vinegar and would appreciate any recipes.
