cry because you are deep in your heart sad but very angry. I am sad but I am also angry. Anger is a legitimate feeling and it is completely natural in a disaster like the one we are actually enduring.

I had always been the misstress of my life, always in charge, and to see such a horrendous thing without the opportunity to really help those that are gone...it really makes me angry. I pray and pray and cook.

Healing will begin sooner than later.
