me, because as all of us I love to cook. I tried exercise and it was wonderful for me but then I had a terrible attack of ROSACEA because of the sun on my skin. Oh my, this is difficult, but I am convinced that we can obtain a Happy Medium where we can adapt our favorite dishes to our needs, & still, we will never forget our passion for COOKING!
