Misc.
We were blessed to be good cooks but at times, it feels like a curse. I have been exploring WW recipes lately and have posted a few within the past few days. The ones I have tried have been right up there with my old time favorites. That's how good they are. I will post a few of them on the healthy cooking.low fat board.

There is a healthy side to all the cooking and entertaining we all do here. For me, it is relaxing after a long stressful workday. Seeing the joy it brings to my loved ones boosts my emotional health. We can slim our waistlines and improve our physical health and at the same time, we can continue cooking, entertaining, and making others happy.
