Dearest Mayflower: I also loved that wonderful Three Guys from Miami Cook Cuban book. I bought it & other preferred books with a gift certificate from a beloved friend & I can tell you that the books I had enjoyed more & used more for delicious recipes are:

LA COCINA DEL BARRIO LATIN AMERICAN COOKING IN THE USA by Aaron Sanchez

and THREE GUYS FROM MIAMI COOK CUBAN by Lindgren, Musibay & Castillo

Thanks for your lovely message dearest Mayflower! My beloved Cuchito is doing more than well,...I could say great. The veterinarian said he does not look his age anymore & he recovered from the operation faster than a younger dog. Ah, the FORCE OF LOVE!!!!!!

I hope you will enjoy your cuban sandwich too.

Your friend,

Gladys/PR
