your dinner sounds great. We had eaten "junk food" all weekend so my body was craving real food. This evening I grilled lamb chops with baked potatoes ( white for me/ sweet for DH) from the grill, grilled mushrooms stuffed with smoked gouda and a greek salad.I've got a brownie in the oven- trying to wait patiently.
