CORNBREAD BISCUITS
(not Joe's Crab Shack)
1 1/4 cups flour
3/4 cup cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1/3 cup shortening
2/3 cup milk
Mix flour, cornmeal, salt and baking powder together. Cut in shortening, add milk. Roll and cut with biscuit cutter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
