Flavor Enhancing Spices

Usually, when an ingredient is called "flavor enhancer" or "natural flavoring" it is simply MSG. There is a whole list of names that MSG is called on labels (someone brought the list to a Weight Watchers meeting once). But I'll bet your "flavor enhancing spices" is simply MSG.
