I worked at TGIF many years ago. If I remember correctly, the Steak On a Stick recipe was soy sauce, water, veg oil, and a spice pack that had unknown ingredients; but seemed to be dry mustard and ground ginger. Marinate overnight for best results.Hope this helps. :)
