Freezing deli meats

Misc.

Hi Pam;
I freeze all kinds of deli meats. I watch for sales and buy a couple pounds, bring it home and divide up into ziplocks depending on how much we will use in a couple of days time. I then put all the small ziplocks into one large ziplock and freeze.
The night before we will be using it I set one out into the fridge to thaw. Sometimes there will be a little water in the baggie after it thaws, I just squeeze it out, put the meat onto a couple of paper towels and roll it up to dry it a bit.
I just bought several varieties of Healthy Choice meats on sale today, now I have a baggie with all the different kinds in my freezer.
