Freezing eggs

I have successfully frozen both the whites and yolks. I just put them in a small zip lock and mark with the date and the number of whites or yolks in the bag. I take the bag from the freezer at the time I need it and place it in a bowl of hot water to thaw it most of the way. Of course the egg should be frozen as soon as out of the shell and cooked thoroughly when using. I have used the frozen ones mainly in baking.
