freezing tasies

I've never made the lemon ones but in the past I've frozen the cranberry, chocolate, pecan and ? ones ...with good luck. Right now I'm LOOKING for my recipes and can't find them! Ouch.

When I freeze the others, I bake - remove, cool and then place on a tray and freeze until solid. Then package them (usually in plastic freezer containers -with wax paper between each layer. I just take out as many as needed -and let thaw, lightly covered.... and its alwaysworked for me.
