Re: soy milk.There is a BIG difference in taste .Some are very good and others are horrid.My favorite is called Silken in the dairy section along with regular milk.It is soo good you'd never know>very thick and creamy.No artificial taste.I too like the veggieburgers and use the frozen ground soy Boca Burgers in things like chili and anything calling for ground meat.You would never know the difference.I also love silken tofu in the blender with fruits.I use the tofu with frozen fruits including 1/2frozen banana to thicken it along with ice and Equal.Very low in calories.My favorite is banana,raspberry and pineapple mixed.
