Hi Genevieve,

I myself love Edensoy, Vanilla flavor. I think I have tried the Silken but it is too creamy for me. I suppose it is a matter of personal taste.

Those ideas for the smoothie sound terrific.

Last night I introduced my DH to tofu in the salad, he thought they were little pieces of cheese.
