Gina, you won't believe it!

Misc.

I think that we have bought every kind available, Gina! I went to the refrigerator to check on the kinds that were in there and saw: Bread and Butter Slices, Kosher Dill Sandwich Slices, Kosher Dill Minis, pickle relish, and their sauerkraut. I have 3 jars of the Bread and Butter, 2 jars of the Kosher Dill, and only one jar of the rest of the kinds. I have EIGHT jars of their products in our fridge! However, I did find 6 of the jars on sale for .99 cents. Usually, I only buy two jars at the time because they cost $2.50 a jar. If you go to SAM's, and have the room, it has a gallon jar of, I think, CLAUSSEN Dill Pickles that are not too expensive.

I guess that I started buying them when our daughter was small and she LOVED pickles, so I've been buying them for years. I like the fact that the pickles are crisp and COLD, not warm and limp like the kind on the grocery shelves.

Hope that this helps! Why don't you join us in the "chat room" here sometimes? I've never been in a "chat room" before but it's great to "talk" to all of our friends here at TKL.

I'm going to Niceville today (again!) to take Kristin's car to the "car-tinting" place. This will be the FIFTH time that we've had to take it! To say that I am absolutely SICK of driving to Niceville would be an understatement!

Stay cool and join us soon in the "chat room." Oh, please keep those chicken recipes coming. Kristin said the other day, "Mama, we need to have chicken more!" This coming from a teenager who had had it THREE times last week for supper! When she was little, the only kinds of meat that she would eat were chicken and roast beef!

Talk to you soon!
