Misc.

Here are a couple of recipies that I found. If this isn't close please describe further.

CHICKEN MURPHY

3 to 4 lb. chicken breasts,
cut up
4 boiled potatoes, cut in
chunks
6 sweet potatoes (jar), sliced
2 hot peppers
1/2 c. juice from peppers
1/2 c. white wine
1 large can mushrooms with
juice
2 large onions, sliced

Brown chicken in oven; season with salt and pepper and
garlic powder. While chicken is browning, marinate in bowl
pepper slices, pepper juice, wine, mushrooms and liquid and
onions for 1/2 hour. Pour marinade mixture over chicken and
add potatoes. Bake covered with foil for 1 hour, continue
baking uncovered for additional 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.

CHICKEN MURPHY

2 lb. chicken, cut up in
bite-size
2 cans potatoes
2 jars Progresso pepper salad
1 bottle Seven Seas Italian
dressing

Marinate chicken 24 hours in salad dressing. Broil 1/2
hour in oven with salad dressing and chicken. When chicken is
done, add pepper salad and potatoes and cook in oven for
another 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. If you like spicy food, this is it.
