Hi Ginger,

I was able to find the site for John Wright Company

The site is under construction, but have an 800 number and e-mail address posted. If they can't supply a recipe for you, I think any shortbread-type recipe will do, or a crisp gingerbread cookie dough or recipes for molded cookies.
